One Degree Education as an organization is planning to deliver programs that support young adults in their growth. Profits from our programs will be going directly to a fund that will provide scholarships to youth who are unable to afford the programs. We are dedicated to providing these programs to all  youth. 

Wayne Mortimer has been working with youth and adults for over 2 decades. With a background of facilitating personal development programs and workshops, he also brings extensive experience in the challenge course or ropes course area (experiential education) along with several other facilitation skills.

He has also work nationally and internationally in this field and is committed to strengthening community.
